Donnell Henry McNeal, Esq. is an attorney admitted to practice law on many levels in the State of Maryland (i.e., District, Circuit Appeals, Special Appeals, U.S. District and U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit) and the District of Columbia (i.e., Superior, Appeals, U.S. District and U.S. Court of Appeals). Mr. McNeal practices in many areas of law which include, but are not limited to civil, criminal, contracts, entertainment, family and torts. Mr. McNeal is the Author of the Book, Africans: The Eyes To The Church (published) and Bad Boys: Whatcha Gonna Do When They Come For You (unpublished). Mr. McNeal wrote the script Implants. Mr. McNeal has managed R&B singers and Hip-Hop groups and negotiated many entertainment contracts for concert events on behalf of clients with Frankie Beverly & Maze, Trey Songz, Lil Wayne, Mc Lyte, Kid Capri, DJ Khaled, Dj’s Cool & Dre, Khalil, Ce Ce Peniston, Vicki Winans, Music Soul Child, Raheem DeVaughn, Wyclef Jean, Cedric The Entertainer, Kat Williams, Faizon Love, George Wilborn, Mike P and Allen Payne to name a few.
